To help us get there, we’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to join our New York office. This person will be responsible for leading our paid media channels, with a focus on acquisition metrics like conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI by channel / campaign. He/she will drive our digital growth strategy and will be instrumental in shaping the company and delivering our revenue targets.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for acquiring new customers and creating lifelong advocates. He/she will be an expert in identifying and scaling cost-effective acquisition campaigns across all paid channels, with deep experience using A/B testing and analytics to inform decisions and drive execution. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring close partnership with tech, design, business insight, and product.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage all aspects of paid media marketing to meet revenue targets within established budget constraints.
  • Successfully manage a robust paid media portfolio including, but not limited to, paid search, paid social, display advertising, and retargeting.
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing campaign results, maintaining budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments.
  • Develop robust testing plans, leveraging findings to improve performance throughout the conversion funnel.
  • Lead efforts to discover the next big user acquisition strategy by evaluating and testing currently untapped opportunities.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis and reporting on acquisition programs.
  • Partner closely with business insights team to provide a channel-wide view of marketing performance via channel attribution modeling.
  • Manage in house talent and external agency partners to drive campaign success based on KPIs, ensure on-brand positioning, and enhance campaign performance.
  • Partner with content counterpart to generate content and emails for acquisition and conversion.
  • Contribute to the process details of monthly budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of analytics experience, ideally in mix of start up and / or eCommerce environments.
  • Experience managing other team members and external agencies.
  • Paid SEM and paid social expertise a must.
  • Hands on experience managing bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in running and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, informed by multivariate testing.
  • A love of data, with experience identifying and sizing different growth opportunities throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven plans.
  • Attention to detail, with experience managing projects and budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability deliver presentations to all levels within the organization.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a self-starter approach, with experience identifying and driving projects to completion in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
  • Passion for travel doesn’t hurt, either!

Salary commensurate with experience, NYC-based candidates preferred.

Ability to work indefinitely in the USA without sponsorship required.
