Sales & Service Supervisor

Context is looking for a full-time Sales & Service Supervisor based in Philadelphia to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for the daily operations of our Sales & Service team and report to the Director of Client Services. We are a sales enabled, service-oriented team, currently growing our sales function. Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee team-based sales initiatives, relationship management, and trip planning services at both a destination and audience-specific (such as VIP and travel agents) level
  • Train, schedule and manage our 24/7 service function
  • Ensure thorough and timely response and resolution to all service and recovery cases
  • Track and report on sales and service performance metrics in line with company-wide objectives
  • Develop strategies in conjunction with senior management to increase metrics and performance for sales and service
  • Oversee all order processing


  • Bachelor degree in the liberal arts or business administration preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven ability and excellence in sales & service operations team management with call center experience
  • Proven ability in finding solutions to and strategizing on complex operational and logistics challenges
  • Experience in the travel & leisure sector preferred
  • Knowledge of one of our top 10 destinations such as Rome, Paris or London is strongly preferred.
  • A passion for learning about world culture, and an obsession with travel is required.
  • Weekend hours are required.
  • Occasional travel to Context destinations domestically and abroad is required.


  • High computer proficiency, including the Google for Business suite, CRM such as Salesforce, and virtual communication apps such as Slack is required. We are a Mac-based company.
  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced, international, tech-reliant environment is essential.
