Partner Sales - Account Coordinator

In our quest to broadly share these experiences, our sales team is growing and looking for a highly organized professional with experience  in sales and marketing. This role will support business development with travel agency and other partners. Strong copywriting, administrative, and marketing communications skills will be key to success in this role. This position is based in our Philadelphia office.

Responsibilities of this role will include

  • Creating a pipeline of new leads and opportunities
  • Coordinating daily emails and bi-monthly webinars
  • Scheduling meetings and webinars in support of our sales teams
  • Proofing and creating content for third party partnership sites
  • Loading tours on partnership platforms
  • Creating marketing materials including flyers and presentations

Required skills or experience:

  • >2 years experience in marketing and/or account management
  • Experience with content creation and copywriting
  • Design and creative skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable working with tight deadlines

Preferred systems experience:

  • Google docs
  • Slack
  • Mailchimp (or similar)
  • Salesforce (or similar)
