Visual Designer

Context Travel is building the go-to brand for experiential city tours. With a cult following for over a decade, and an unmatched reputation with our customers, we’re now scaling up to build a true category-defining business.

In order to help explain what makes Context tours one-of-a-kind, we’re looking to add a Visual Designer to our team. You’d be a key member of the marketing team, leading thinking on the way we visually display Context across key customer touchpoints.

Whether it’s through visuals, content, or advertising, the marketing team is responsible for increasing brand awareness, all areas of new client acquisition, and deepening our relationship with existing clients.

What you'll do:

  • Create visually compelling branded marketing, advertising, and sales collateral for our email campaigns, website, printed materials, digital advertising,and any external communications
  • Unify our look & feel across all customer touchpoints
  • Pitch and produce innovative ways to tell stories through design
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and tech teams to convey brand story

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic and brand design (e.g. mid-level designer)
  • Highly skilled in Photoshop and InDesign (After Effects is a plus)
  • Ability to balance competing projects and deadlines
  • Serious HTML and CSS chops with a deep understanding of mobile design; Bootstrap experience a big plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design or related field
  • Experience working in a range of products spanning marketing and UX
  • Background in digital and social content creation is a plus
