Are you an efficient and extroverted self-starter with a passion for travel and proven track record of being the ultimate people person and natural organizer? Have you spent time immersing yourself in the rich and diverse cultural landscapes around the globe? Context is looking for a Client Manager for our Asia-Pacific and Americas regions, based in Philadelphia.

This is a full-time, entry-level position with significant day to day interactions with clients, travel agents, partners and the rest of our client management team. The position will be responsible for handling all second tier communications for our Asia-Pacific and Americas programs through both phone and email interactions, as well as various general office administration duties that support staff across all Context cities, and specifically the corporate office headquarters in Philadelphia. The position reports to the Client Services director.

Our organization is all about Context. We believe that true learning can only happen with context, and that philosophy penetrates everything we do, right down to our name. Whether it's exploring the urban development of Shanghai or understanding the favelas of Rio, we make sure our clients' experience is both memorable and authentic. We do this by crafting their time with us to the tiniest detail and by pairing them with highly qualified experts who are deeply embedded in both their subject and their city. Context was founded in Rome in 2003 and has since established itself as one of the top cultural tour companies of the world. Context is listed on Conde Nast Traveler’s Top Travel Specialist and is a certified B Corp.

Our ideal candidate is someone who thoroughly enjoys talking about travel and culture, and engaging with people by phone.
